Rose Iron Works

History

Rose Iron Works, to the best of our knowledge, is the oldest decorative, forged metalworking company in America, still owned and operated by the original family, in its original location. While this in itself is merely a statistic, our over one hundred year history has enabled our family to create a solid, living tradition of excellence - of design, craftsmanship and service to our discriminating clients. Many have asked for details of our background. In answer, we have compiled a rather detailed history for your enjoyment. Each section, however, is preceded by a synopsis to allow you to acquire an overview if time is limited.
